Nykoel builds sophisticated estate planning strategies for families and individuals. She also counsels clients in situations following major life changes, both planned and unplanned, including premarital planning, relocating to a new jurisdiction, the onset or diagnosis of a serious illness, or the birth or death of a loved one.

Nykoel has dedicated her law career to representing public and private companies and individuals in estate, tax and business succession planning matters.   She has extensive experience guiding clients through the estate and trust administration process, including complex estates involving litigation.
